You Must have telenet active for telnet links to work -> Control panel -> Windows programs and features
on left side click windows features on or off
ve7cc software is recommended over using telnet

Best I can tell, there are no local Austin clusters in operation.
Everyone is welcome to log into any DX Cluster. To log in, issue a
"connect <call>" and follow the on-screen instructions.
When logged into a cluster, you can view the available commands by sending
a "?" or "help" to see online help.
