"This was my second Sweepstakes, and my first from a real station. I had a blast operating from the world-class station of N5TW. 15, 20 and 40 meters played very well, although it was not until two hours before it all ended that I figured out that Tom's station is loud on 40 meters, and I can run there even with low power." - KC5YKX (@ N5TW)

"I practiced my lack of SO2R skills, I had some fun, and thanks to AE9B's begging, I got an IA station to call me on 75 meters for a sweep... at which time I turned off the radio!" - K5NZ

"This is the second time I've tried this contest as a single operator. I was hoping to get off to a better start this year, but I had an almost identical first five hours. I never worked the Northern Territories, and I was afraid I'd finish with only 78 multipliers, as I had not worked Newfoundland, either, but a VO1 station called in on 80 meters and worked me in the final ten minutes of the contest." - WM5R (@ W5KFT)
